Recipe for butternut squash soup

Nothing better on a fall evening than to eat soup with a group of friends!
We have wonderful neighbors, Jake & Anna, who are so very generous with their squash. Last night we went to our dear, dear friends' (Bob & Margaret, Jim & Pat) house and shared soup. We took butternut squash soup, using a squash we'd received from Jake & Anna. Thought I'd share the recipe for our soup here, on one of my new recipe cards.
